I'm Josh Larsen
Josh is lifelong learner who is passionate about helping teens develop a passion and excitement for learning and growing intellectually. Knowledge is power, and gaining a good education is one of the best things you can do to prepare yourself for a successful future.
The public education system sometimes falls short of providing everything a young learner needs. However, Josh believes we live in the best age there has ever been for education. Knowledge is at your fingertips!
He coaches students who are passionate about STEM and who want to get ahead of the traditional education system. He helps turn teens into real engineers without waiting until after college.
With B.S. and M.S. degrees in Biomedical Engineering, and a love for teaching and mentoring, Josh is well-equipped to mentor your child through a successful journey to becoming an engineer and entrepreneur.

My Story
I always did well in school. I was the valedictorian of my high schoolĀ class, earned multiple scholarships, and became a leader among my peers in college. However, I felt like something was missing from my education. It wasn't until I started working as a full-time engineer that I realized there is a lot that school doesn't prepare you for. All the homework assignments, exams, and grades were only one small part of what I really needed to know to succeed in life and in my career.
And since finishing college, I have continued to learn every day (faster than before in some ways). I have realized that knowledge is at our fingertips in this age. Each day I continue to better myself and increase my knowledge about engineering, business, and life.
Why I Do It
I started coaching teenage students in STEM because I love teaching and mentoring others. One of the greatest feelings in the world is seeing the light bulb moment when somebody understands something new for the first time.
I love designing & building things, and I know there are so many creative teens out there who could design remarkable things if they knew how to get started.
My goal is to help young people realize the magnificent potential they have to create and design and the impact they can have on the world. They don't have to wait until they are an adult or finished with a college degree to start innovating and engineering new things that will impact the world.
